This policy explains how Fold (“Fold”, “we”, “our”, or “us”) collects, uses, and shares data about you when you access our website, mobile application (“App”), or interact with any Fold services (together, “Fold”).
If this policy is updated, we will revise the date above and may place a notice within Fold if changes are material or required by law.
We take reasonable precautions to protect your data from unauthorized access, misuse, or loss.

Run third-party ads or ad networks.

Share your data with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Sell or share your data with participants in the Fold Partner affiliate program beyond what is described in this policy.

Fold uses referral-tracking technology (cookies and similar identifiers) solely to attribute a referred signup or purchase to the correct partner — not for advertising or behavioral profiling.
Provide proxy or relay communication features (e.g., email or messaging aliases) to reduce unwanted contact between users.
Review message content when reasonably necessary for moderation, abuse prevention, legal compliance, or security investigations. Access is limited to authorized Fold personnel and restricted to legitimate purposes.
Manually review “Verified by Fold” application details (submitted by sellers applying for Verified status) to decide whether to approve or deny the application. Access is limited to authorized Fold personnel.
Manually review Fold Partner applications (submitted by prospective affiliates) to decide whether to approve or deny the application. Access is limited to authorized Fold personnel.
Encourage you to review privacy policies of any third-party services linked to or used within Fold (e.g., payment processors).
Fold does not respond to “Do Not Track” signals at this time (see allaboutdnt.com).
